This water-cooled type machine cuts plates up to 70 mm in thickness with high efficiency.
High-precision cutting can be performed in combination with Panasonic robots (TS/TM/TL-GIII series).
High-efficiency cutting in combination with automatic machines
YP-103PF1 is a water-cooled machine specifically designed for cutting that operates with an external compressor. The continuous cutting performance (100% duty cycle) is also ideal for long workpieces. Unlike gas cutting, this model features a cutting speed approximately two to four times faster (depending on the plate thickness), and capabilities to also cut metals other than mild steel.
User-friendly design in consideration of site environments
In addition to a built-in coolant tank (10 L) and air regulator, this model is equipped with a torch monitor that informs users when to replace the electrode. It is compatible with both input voltages of 200 V and 220 V.
