By focusing the arc, even higher precision cutting is possible. This series reduces the loss of base materials due to cutting and at the same time achieves a uniform cut surface.
Equipped with Cutting Navigation as standard. The capability to easily set the appropriate current allows any user to perform high-quality cutting.
Can be used as a cutting power source for various robots (* 080PF3 only). The high-precision movement of robots will further improve cutting quality.
Full digital control achieves high-quality cutting
The PF3 series is an air plasma cutting machine that operates with an external compressor. With full digital control, the cutting surface is finer and more uniform than that obtained by conventional models, and the cutting quality has been improved.
Longer life of consumable parts achieved by full digital cutting waveform control
Based on the comparison of the amount of electrodes consumed by 080PF3 with that of conventional models, you can use it at lower operating costs.
Also capable of cutting painted steel plates
Cutting work is possible without removing paint. No preparation is required, making the overall work more efficient.
* When the paint evaporates, toxic gases are generated in addition to ordinary fumes. Ensure to take ventilation measures and wear a respirator.
Air plasma gouging is also possible with 060PF3 and 080PF3
Replacement with the optional gouging tip enables air plasma gouging. It can be applied to stainless steel and aluminum in addition to mild steel.
● Noise reduction by 10 dB or more compared to air arc gouging
● Gouging that consumed five or six carbon electrodes is now possible with one electrode of the optional gouging tip.
Capable of even higher quality cutting when used in combination with robots (080PF3)
The combination with Panasonic robots (TS/TM/TL-GIII series) will improve processing accuracy and enable even higher quality cutting.
Simple and easy-to-use operation panel
A simple panel suitable for work-site environments provides a comfortable operation feel. In addition, Cutting Navigation has been incorporated for simple and easy use. The cutting current will be automatically determined by selecting the material and plate thickness. Cutting is possible with the appropriate current setting.
