DC gouging functions have been added to the basic welding functions. One unit serves a dual purpose.
Mutual compatibility of ancillary devices has been achieved with the GR3 series. The wire feeder and torch can be used without any modifications.
Achieves high-quality welding with a smooth and stable arc start
This model enables a quick current rise when starting arc ignition, and a uniform wire tip shape through FTT control when completing welding, thereby achieving a consistently stable arc start. This model supports welding over a wide current range from a low current region to the rated current.

High-precision encoder feedback control
A motor equipped with an encoder performs high-precision wire feeding. The uniform wire feeding performance is maintained even when external factors occur, including changes in the power supply voltage and ambient temperature.

Easy-to-operate panel
A simple operation panel was adopted for the welding power source in conformity with use environments. Users can adjust all welding-related settings at their fingertips. The operation panel is bright and easy to see even in the welding frontlines and allows smooth settings in order from left to right.

Equipped with DC gouging functions
500GG can also support gouging work by replacing the torch.
* For gouging, a gouging torch and DC gouging carbon are separately required.
