A variety of arc characteristics are available as standard. The optimal mode can be selected according to various welding situations.
The easy-to-understand display allows intuitive operation. Welding Navigation helps users shorten the time required to determine optimal welding conditions. It is also friendly to those who are not regularly engaged in welding operations.
When you are using the GR3 series, mutual compatibility of ancillary devices is achieved between both series. The wire feeder and torch can be used without any modifications.
Improved arc tracking characteristics over the entire current range
Full software control of the welding waveform improves arc tracking characteristics. The arc can be controlled as desired, thereby reducing the amount of spatter generated over the entire current range. Since a variety of arc characteristics have been preinstalled as standard, the optimal welding mode can be selected according to various welding situation.

Optimization of the current waveform over the entire current range by the hybrid electronic reactor.
High-speed control of the welding current waveform has been achieved. Full software control ensures fine control of output over the entire current range from low to high current, thereby facilitating welding operations and reducing the amount of spatter.

Output management functions support welding quality control and frontline management
Various welding data including the motor current and arc time are output. It is also possible to issue notifications for cases where the preset upper or lower limit is exceeded by blinking the LCD display.

Easy-to-understand display for intuitive operation
The intuitive operation developed for the GR3 series has evolved further. The setting of welding conditions is completed by entering the required parameters in order from left to right on the display.

Welding Navigation shortens the time required to determine the welding conditions
The main unit is equipped with Welding Navigation. The welding conditions are automatically determined by setting various conditions such as a joint shape and plate thickness on the LCD. Furthermore, the use of the Plate Thickness Command will enable users to set the welding conditions simply by entering the plate thickness.* Even individuals who are not regularly engaged in welding or have limited experience can easily set welding conditions.。

A variety of options such as the digital remote control unit
In addition to the digital remote control unit that allows users to change and adjust various functions at their fingertips, options such as a welding characteristics expansion unit that can easily add new arc characteristics are provided. These options enable users to build the optimal system according to the use conditions.
